CULCON XXV

Through a biennial plenary session and symposia in Japan and the U.S., CULCON convenes U.S. and Japanese policymakers, scholars and business leaders.   CULCON XXV was held in Tokyo on April 9-11, 2012, at which U.S. Ambassador John Roos delivered a congratulatory message from President Obama.
