CULCON congratulates President Obama on his historic visit to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park on May 27, 2016.  Established by President Kennedy and Prime Minister Ikeda in 1961, the binational advisory panel continues to promote understanding and cooperation between Japan and the United States through educational and cultural people-to-people exchange.
