OBAMA/ABE JOINT STATEMENT OFFICIALLY SHARES CULCON GOAL OF DOUBLING THE NUMBER OF EXCHANGE STUDENTS BY 2020

“To ensure the future strength of the U.S.-Japan relationship, the two governments share the goal, established by the U.S.-JapanConference on Cultural and Educational Interchange (CULCON), of doubling two-way student exchange by the year 2020.”
